PRODUCTION/PACKAGING CO-ORDINATOR

We are seeking a responsible and self motivated individual to oversee the forecasting, ordering and stock control of our packaging and production of finished goods.

The person we are looking for will have excellent knowledge of Excel and Word, be able to communicate effectively with offshore and local manufacturing companies, maintain and keep up to date our stock control, foresee and forecast orders of packaging and products.

This person will be required to do regular stocktakes, update stock control sheets, weekly reports, and sourcing of new packaging and products.

They will also be required to oversee the smooth running of the warehouse so a forklift license is a definite advantage.

TANNING SPECIALIST

Pelactiv - The Australian Skin Care Company is expanding and has launched a range of Australian sunless tanning products.

Due to this expansion, we are seeking an exceptional individual to run this side of the business.

We are looking for a motivated, passionate, well presented person who is driven by sales and service and loves dealing with the public.

You will be required to work from the Head Office located in Chatswood, taking orders, invoicing, overseeing dispatch, answering enquiries, selling packages, going on the road – cold calling, training, servicing accounts, displaying machinery/products etc.

This is a multi-tasking position which requires a person who loves a challenge and variety.

You must have great work ethic and love being busy! We need someone who can make quick decisions and can “think out of the square”. Someone who loves working in a busy office environment and having the variety of also being on the road.

The successful applicant will be required to have some tanning experience, both technically and manually. They must have good English skills, be professionally presented and possess exceptional sales skills and telephone manner.

This is not a 9 – 5 job so someone who is flexible and willing to put in extra hours to reap the rewards would benefit from this position.

We are a fun team who believe in working hard and playing hard. Due to our recent expansion, we are looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our Company as Account Manager in Perth WA.

The Job: This is an on the road position where regular regional travel is required. The role entails building long-term relationships with both new and existing clients and strategically growing an existing portfolio of prestigious accounts. You will also be responsible for individual sales targets, territory management, new business development and in-salon training, so passion and people skills are a must! Honesty, integrity and reliability are high on our list of priorities. As you will be working for a Sydney based company, being organised, efficient and motivated are all important.
